Last summer when I arrived to Whibey I explored many of the beautiful locations the island has to offer and one of my all time favorites is Rosario Beach. For almost a year I have been dreaming of documenting an intimate elopement along Rosario’s dramatic rocky bluffs. The cliffs and the delicious golden light makes my photographer heart extremely happy!
My talented friend, Jenny, from J Hodges photography and I collaborated on the Roman inspired vision that I will forever be swooning over. We both wanted to document a couple during golden hour in all the PNW glory! Once we connected with Petra from Beaufort Events, she helped bring our vision to life.
I’m so thankful for the amazing team that came together to create a little magic and pure romance. It was an honor watching everyone get into their creative space.
Special thanks to the wonderful couples who allowed us to document their intimate love.

Julie and Dave’s wedding was truly one for the books. These high-school sweethearts fell in love almost a decade ago and have been dreaming about their wedding day ever since. Surrounded by their dearest friends and family they finally made it official on a beautiful Saturday afternoon at Bella Collina Club in Orlando. Check out the way Dave looks at his beautiful bride and the smile on Julies face says it all!! Their love was a breeze to document!
This time my other half joined me on documenting the festivities as well as the talented David from Lily and Lily Photography. We absolutely loved capturing all the excitement and love that surrounded these two on their big day. The venue was like stepping into another country! Tuscany feel with spectacular architecture. It was truly an honor to be there and witness the pure love and joy throughout the day. We are blessed to know the couple and their families!
Get ready for a ton of photos because it was just too difficult to narrow it down. I rarely post a ton of reception photos but this party was going off!! Two words…. Toilet paper! LOL Scroll done to see what i’m talking about.

I had a blast second shooting this wedding at Greenfield Farms and Gardens in Anacortes, Washington this fall. Second shooting is such a wonderful way for me to get creative without the need to document all the must have shots throughout the wedding day. This couple was seriously model like and was ready for anything we suggested. They even had extra time before their ceremony to head to Washington Park to get some amazing portraits. Love when couples plan for plenty of time for photos on their big day! 🙂
